We are destroying the Planet. What to do about it?

On 5th December the Institute for Christian Democratic Politics and Hanns Seidel Foundation organized a debate on our treatment of the Planet.

Zoologist Vojtěch Kotecký and biologist Marek Orko Vácha were in an agreement on our responsibility of the current state of the Planet, on the other hand, Roman Joch argued it is not mainly our (western) fault but developing countriesˈ fault. He also suggested that we could solve energy crisis by building solar thermal power stations in Sahara Desert and the EU should pay to the countries which owns land in the Sahara for doing so.

The discussion was hosted by Veronika Sedláčková.

Throughout the entire evening the guests and visitors enjoyed music by the Adams Emily duo.
